question about the changes and such

i've come across 3 items that i know are very old in game, and 2 of them are swords, they both are !id and proc on crit, i've tried them both out in the arena, and the proc upon both of them does nothing at all

an ancient tanthorian longsword
a flaming blue tanthorian holysword

just wandering if i'm dumb and the proc does something, or if it's just a broken set of procs, or if they might have the proc takin away since it does nothing at all

The procs on both of those swords is not broken.

I thought one of those procs was just text. I forget which sword, but the one that procs blue flame or something... it was a while ago, but I was told that the original proc had some bug that caused problems so it was disabled and only proc'd the ansi :P
Course it could've been fixed some time by now, I dunno.
