In case you don't know what I'm getting at. "Planar rift, or just rift, forcefully opens a tear in the Prime Material Plane that will stay open for a short time, allowing travel across planes of existence." Rifts shouldn't be going upwards or downwards.

Icecillam - As soon as it figures out how to make rifts move south, will send a hoard of rifts into WD to suck in hapless newbies cuz it's evil like that.
