Mobs Performing Skills While Stunned

Mobs hitall while stunned and I understand that's some sort of anti-twink measure, so I suppose I can live with it. But I just witnessed a mob rescuing while stunned. Bug or feature?

Bowshaft Way
This road is covered with a fine layer of glittering white
sand, apparently blown in from the Moonsea to the east. The road
wends between small grassy hills and small groves of beachwood
trees. At the tops of the hills, one can see a ruined city on
the horizon to the south-east. The sandy road runs east and west
towards a bend.

If it's not a bug, perhaps some explanation on why mobs can rescue while stunned but PCs cant?

I think its actually some sort of bug with follower code. I've seen apprentice mobs in IC rescue their master while bashed and blinded... its like some funky proc or something to save their leader.

I've seen mobs (guy at SS for one) start casting, then have the stun clear in a later round, then complete a spell.

lol, the IC mobs STILL rescue while bashed? man, that always made things exciting

What was funny was this one time the siege master's apprentice got paralyzed and kept rescuing the siege master. I'd nuke the siege master, he'd engage me, and immediately get rescued by the paralyzed mob. Then I'd repeat and not really get hurt.
