Fumbling!

In all my time on Toril and Soj2, I never played a warrior much, but I noticed that on my duergar warrior (lvl 6) with perfect dex that I fumble on average once to twice a battle. Some battles I don't fumble, but in a few, I've fumbled up to three to four times. Is that normal? Or did someone grease my sword hilt?

I'm fumbling less now than before, so I guess it's based upon weapon skill largely as well.

It does seem to be based on level or weaponskill, because your fumbles go down as you get higher in level.
