Little praying/meming bug

Notice how after a level, the pray time doesn't change until I forget, then re-pray the spell.

Not really a bug I think, it's always been that way. Same thing as when you wear a new piece of int eq, you have to forget/remem the spells for it to lower the times

Yup, yup. Anytime you level or change your int (wis for prayers) you have to forg/mem any spells to change your times. It's been that way since at least 1996. I agree it would make more sense to be automatic and immediate.
