Changing group name after group is formed

My only complaint is that you can't change the group name once it has been formed. Take this example, Gormal is leading, he gets spanked all over jot, and then i inherit lead when he dies. I'm still in "Blood and Ale", and would like to change it to something more of my liking.

In addition, is there any way to make it so you can change the group leader w/o disbanding or having the current leader die? When the leader dies, sometimes ya wanna select person rather than have it go to whomever.

While we're on it, it would be cool to have an "glead" command so the leader can assign a new leader w/o disbanding/regrouping, or the leader can rent out and the group can go on.
