Tattered grey cloak

My cloak hasn't worked in about 2 weeks or so...was wondering if all are like this. I have petitioned but never recieve an answer, you guys are too busy!

I'll second Kifle on this one. The changes to the tattered have made it practically useless. I used to use it fairly frequently, because I enjoyed exploring and it was perfectly suited for that, but since the changes it went from my bag to my storage.

I remember back in the day that it was changed so that you needed to wear it for 1 day (24 mins) before it would work.

I've worn it for about 3 hours straight and haven't been able to get it to work. Personally I feel that this proc isn't "special" enough to warrant the 1 day restriction. All it really does is make you spend 5 p on di/sense potions.. hurm unless you use it for invis, and invis potions are pretty cheap too.

Will trade nerfed cloak for an imped proc on Khanjari daggers!

im not a big fan of spell effects on items, especially the permanent or proc kinds.

this cloak should be changed and no longer grant any kind of spell ability like invis be it permanent or command proc once every 24 minutes, 3 hours ect...

I think it was a pretty huge nerf already to make it 1x/day and force you to wear it the whole time. (albeit a justifiable one.)

Someone took the time to change the item, which was working, and now it doesn't work. Would it be complaining, whining, etc, if someone were to request that it be fixed?

I would just like to know if they made this cloak useless and took away the invisibility proc which is still on the ID of the cloak, or if it is actually a bug and if i should stop worring about it. that is all, i am not complaining or anything, just want a "it has been nerfed to a shitty ac cloak that you can talk to." or "it is a bug and was thought to be fixed, but we will get back to it when we have time." thats all i hope for.

I think you should just throw away your silly cloak and go buy some ebony wands. Each has 5 charges of invisibility.

Actually, I use it more for the DI than the invis.

I guess most command-proc items could just be replaced with potions or staves. Can I trade my cloak in for 10000 di/invis potions, maybe like the ones off of Mhreng Ssar?
