Why do Spook stun go through globe?

Stun effect of spook go through globe, but damage get blocked by globe. So i don't think too unreasonable or unbalancing... *shrug* just my 2 cents.

why does pwb work and pws doesnt ?

Well..

The spook stun is caused from being mind-numbingly scared by the visions brought forth. The globe blocks the phantasmal damage these visions do, but it doesn't stop the target from seeing the visions and being terrified, so...

Makes sense to me =)
