Bug with Summon Horde (orc innate)

Summon Horde seems to be bugged -
As my Dire, I summoned a horde, toggled the orc warriors (who then die), then summoned a wolf. With the wolf as a follower, aggro orcs and elven hunters continued to pop even though I had no orc followers. Perhaps the check should be refined to make sure that the followers are not orcs from the horde before popping those annoying mobs...
