Inferno, Out of radius, BS!!!

1st off this is the BEST DMG SPELL currently obtainable in this game.

I don't comprehend HOW in gods name this spell could have this many monsters outside the radious, NONE should be outside the radious in my opinion, yet THIS is what I get, if you can come up with a really good reason why this shouldn't BE changed... then explain yourself, thx!... On my calmer note after I calmed down, can the gods think of changeing it so that there isn't so many out of the radious mobs, concerning this spell? Thx
