Please, without flaming....

what's your definition of silly things you've run into that just don't make logical sense on the mud..

stupidity on the mud = being able to control life and death (res), shift between planes and wear wings to fly...but needing to wait for a boat to cross a fookin river

I can move blindly about in a mountainy area in daylight, and not stub my toe or fall down.(Drow agility I guess) Yet when it comes to eating and drinking, the light is so OVERWHELMINGLY BLINDING that my hands cannot find a big BARREL in a bag, or my sac of crappy trail rations, and I am reduced to a wheeping mess in the middle of nowhere, starving and dieing of thirst, lacking energy to even pray to my god....*whimper*

Hey now...just cause a character is retired doesn't mean we have to stop posing with said character on bbs! I mean...I do have registered accounts for Quinelain and Zungar and Tiryar, but I just like to keep using the one instead of posting with 4 different things. Only use I have for that is Turxx's most responses thread

I hate those persons in the mud that....oh wait...I just hate most of ya. Just a handful of you are not on my 'To kill in nasty bloody ways' list.

heh like Itchy said...there are a lot of mages that never wait for boats...but does that explain why someone / something with wings would just fly across the river? The "Not everyone has a problem with it" reasoning certainly doesn't make the issue any more or less logical...

not saying on any terms that these things are even on the "Top 5000 things to be fixed" list. More that I find several things odd about the mud.

Not entirely unlike clerics who can cast without holy symbols? course this is biased considering I just re-read R.A. Salvatore's Cleric Quintet.

I also find it humorous that at face vaule both a 10 foot tall ogre and a 4 foot tall gnome can achieve 100 str. Now granted this is at face vaule alone...and the hit/dam modifiers certainly aren't the same. Just immagine a 4 foot gnome all beefed up on steriods so that their bicepts are as big as an ogres...hehe.. BEEFCAKE!!!

Without argument I would have to say that then my definition of stupid on the mud is "me"... LOL!
