Bard haste + rogues

seems that rogues on average get less swings per round using bard haste than with the haste spell. Dunno if anyone can confirm or deny that, or whether something is wrong with the song or its supposed to be that way. Might be same for other classes that get 2 offhand swings? not sure

I haven't noticed a difference usin high lvl bards. I prefer bard haste over normal haste because you get hit/dam bonuses also. Bards rock.
