12/12/02 Quickening & Missile Shield
- Bard haste now gives bonus offhand attack to those who qualify.
- Magical arrows should work correctly with missile shield now.

Just to clarify on the bard haste thing, it's not an additional attack compared to regular haste, the off-hand haste attack wasn't happening due to my incompetence. Image
