Interesting abstract flash stuff. I had #3 on my active desktop for about a year. It drove people crazy to see it on my screen.

Having said all that, the situation has been handled, so this thread is pretty much at an end. -Kossuth

Industrious Clock - Desktop

Postby Yadir » Sun Sep 07, 2003 10:38 pm

Daz,

If you're running a modern version of Windows, make it part of your active desktop.

Here's how you can do it with Windows XP.

First - find a web page that has just the clock on it (to keep it clean and easy) like this one:

http://www.lares.dti.ne.jp/%7Eyugo/stor ... index.html

Second - Open the display properties (right click on desktop and pick properties) and select the 'Desktop' tab.

Third - Select 'Customize Desktop' at the bottom of the window. Select the 'Web' tab on the next window.

Fourth - Click the 'New' button on the right hand side. Copy/paste the URL from the page you want (the one I posted above will do) and click 'OK'. The next window will say 'add item to active deskop' - Click 'OK'.

Fifth - Click 'OK' to close remaining open windows and it will be on your desktop. You can resize or move the window around as needed.

Sixth - sit back and relax as you enjoy the most spastic clock around.
