I've also noticed this bug as well. If I get switched to and flee, I have to keep looking into the room before I reenter, since the mobs won't be engaged on others in my party. It usually, takes several seconds before the mob is engaged again. To compensate for this, I've been trying to time myself to return to battle after a few seconds (which can cause spectres to hitall during this wait period). Oh well...

I have had this happen as well. I don't know if its a bug, or a new part of the combat.
Another instance I have encountered is, I'll be in a group and we will be fighting a mob that tracks. A few times I've seen it if the tank flees, the mob starts to track that tank instead of switching to another in the group. This is quite discerning if the tank is low on hps.

The mob was engaged with Jopoc after Vazzgo fled, if you look closely, you'd realize that the mob was incapacitated, probably to only -1hp or so, then healed enough to stand up, then attacked Vazzgo again, when vazzgo fled, the archer was at awful. I've seen this happen many times, it's not a bug, just bad luck. You notice when ever a mob is incapacitated, on your prompt, there is no tank, because the mob isn't targeting anybody. I know that there was a bug with this kind of thing, but in this case, the mob was probably only incapacitated, not mortally wounded, then healed in the time before the next round, stood and got the first hit for the next round before the members of the group got their hits in to kill it.

Looks to me like the warrior was bashing, came out of his bash lag and said Crit... and might very well not have hit it while you were out.
The mob stood cause it recovered from bash.
Morted mobs have a description when you look in the room.
And there's never a mob on your prompt if you're not engaged.

It was sitting because it was incap'd, slumped to the ground, THEN healed the (probably) 1hp it needed the be just 0hp, when Vazzgo entered the room it had already healed, (it only takes a second or two to heal 1hp) and it was sitting the moment after it healed, then it stood up. Havn't you ever been incap'd (not mort'd!) and then healed to 0hp and had to stand? I have a log somewhere of me doing just that.
Also, if he bashed, and the mob was never incap'd, it wouldn't have show the archer just sitting there, it would have said he was fighting Japoc like it did when Vazzgo simply looked west.
