the tarrasque no longer loads and a major quest cannot be completed anymore...

-The room with the sign under the temple in SF says a zone will be added there

-The ship has a ton of directions in the descriptions which are wrong (Says exit is to the east when it's actually north etc)

-MH Could use some color, layout is fine

- Does the barkeeper in WD (Luna?) still have a broken shop message? Haven't checked in a long time.

i was told by another that the Black crab ((RARE)) is supposed to have a black shell, when combinmed witht the red shell of another is a quest in the valley.. apparently doesnt work.
the oblivion quest might as well be oblivious to everyone, cuz the wizaard NEVER loads anymore.
yeah, EF king, not Leuth king.
nods on the REALMS master and the actual arrival time of the ships, which do not come at the time the sign says. makes noob life hellish if you dont have a friend with moonwell to taxi you..

please dress up leuth!!!!

these are things that are SACRED to elven culture, and are not found on the ELVES own island..

needs some major coding//revvamping...
perhaps an archery range to train in archery? that would be cool.. could be contsests and wahtnot .. become like a 3w on leuth.

Little bit of experimenting for you about the mobs that guards assist.


Road through a Vast Forest
This narrow, ten foot wide road runs strait through the center of a
vast, endless forest. Trees that rise nearly sixty feet into the air
encroach inwards on the road from both sides, blanketing it in shade and
covering it with a layer of leaves and twigs. The smells of things living
fill the air, accompanied by calls of a birds and wild forest animals from
off in the distance. The woods are simply too dense in most places to
allow travel into the forest here. The western gates of Evermeet city are

immediately east of here.
Room size: Large (L:75 ft W:30 ft H:500 ft)

These gibberlings are able to track out of zone. I originally tagged them in Sylvan Glades, then wandered back to the particular room listed to prove a point. Notice that 1 East of the fight is the guard of Leuth. Had I gone 1 East for the fight, the gibberling would have entered, hit me, and the guards would assist the gibberling, killing me instantly. After that, the gibberling would have sat there until some other PC wandered along, hit them, and let the guards kill said PC.

If you tag these mobs 'animal' like the kooshie is, the guards/forrestals/elven commoners/protectors etc wont assist them against PCs.

Previously, the only problem with them was in Sylvan Glades, now it is possible for them to track all the way in to Leuth, where a PC stands NO chance against assisting mobs.

I would kindly suggest all of these aggro mobs on EM be marked 'animal', so the good aligned 'peacekeeper' mobs don't assist against players.

P.S.
I damn near died testing the theory of assisting against the wererat. The commoner isn't tough, but the protector kicked my ass for a while.

Global tracking mobs will not track inside Leuthilspar so that will not happen at the gates.

Unless it has been change in the last 72 hours, they will. Treladian had to kill a gibberling standing in with all those guards. He shot from 1 west (the room I show the fight in), and killed the gibberling. There was a pile of 8 lowbie elves in the guards room.

Also, I gaurantee the mobs in Larallyn (all good aligned elves) will assist them. There is no logical reason good elves would assist a gibberling/orc/owlbear/stirge/werewolf/manticore against other good aligned elves.

The reason I have been given that they do assist is the aggro mobs are neutral, and guards will assist a neutral mob;aggro attacks, protectors assist. Since guards dont assist against the kooshies and robins (anymore), I know it is possible to fix the situation.

I rolled up an elf yesterday and was unable to recreate this, a glibbering tracked me to the room outside the gates but not to the next room even after sitting there for 5 minutes. I will ask around and see if any elf can give me a demonstration next time.

The assisting peacekeepers is a code issue which has been brought up numerous times

Perhaps the loading code put the gibberling in the room with the guards... that could be the answer too.

my 2 cents:

i know that if you use the BS knight room as a safe room while killing gc mobs, sometimes the gc mobs can enter the bsknight room. they don't do it right away. sometimes it takes more than 5 minutes. can't explain how it happens but I remember killing aralesh, faerie dragon, and chloracrida using bsknight as a safe room only to have one of them enter the bsknight room after being safe there for a long time.

The quests in BS. Some never worked the last 6+ years. Like head of Miss when did anyone last see that pop?

Lately (S2 or S3) even the smaller quests in BS stoped working.

Derro temple, as Thran allready stated.

Hyssk quests and mob AI beeing turn on and off every time someone looks into fixing the best town in the game.

the assassin is in a room to the south now, with exit to the north but the room descript still says exit up...

Barra the silver dragon in the tower, has a quest that it says it loads another monster that you give a item to, never seen this monster load.. Does it load? is the quest broke?


BloodTusk has a vault, a monster is surely there, is there a way in? is it broke? Many of us have tried almost everything, no quest seems to work in the city. Most monsters respond to hi and hello, but none go past that.


And While your at it get Erlan fixed, so the rest of us can quest iT!

All quests in Hyssk are working with the exception of one which is tied to a quest in Bloodstone.

Bloodstone quests are all set up differently from the standard quest files so I have no idea how to begin fixing it, will talk to a coder.

Darkhold is working correctly except for some code written by Ilsie which is under review to see if the code procs were ready for the mud (they were never fully loaded).

Nearly everything noted above should be fixed

This happened to me too, upping my body count. I don't think most of my group realized it though, because I was leading.

Also, Imix has tracked my groupmembers into Brass before, although I've heard that's since been fixed.

In re: elven gates, I generally find that mobs stop tracking AT the room with guards in it, not just outside. Of course, it's been weeks since I've been to EM, so this may have changed.

BS has a certain zonelet with a certain door that I can't get the key to anywhere, and is !pick.
